JJC/OUSD Wraparound Strategy

• Juvenile Re-entry Aftercare - The Going Home Project of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, was a best practice model implemented in Wisconsin funded by a two million dollar grant from U.S. Department of Justice. The IAP model stresses that treatment services are critical to the successful reintegration of youth. It is designed to sustain the youth after formal supervision ends by using informal supports within the community.
