Measure Y funds over 22 non- profit organizations and public agencies to implement Measure Y program strategies. The Measure Y Grantee Manual (updated for FY10-11)was created to better inform grantees on their role and responsibilities. This manual is updated annually and any changes or corrections will be posted on this website.
